Although smoking cigarettes has been illegal for minors for decades they could still get a legal nicotine fix from electronic cigarettes, a smokeless alternative that turns nicotine liquid into a vapor mist. That is until this week when both Spokane County and the City of Spokane banned the sale of e-cigarettes to minors. KXLY4′s Sally Showman reports.

Ecigs ARE regulated under trading laws and have to comply with commercial regulations.
When ‘they’ say it’s not regulated what they mean is that it hasn’t been completely reserved for pharm companies or driven it off the legal market yet.
So there is no smoke and no smell and the product doesn’t violate the smoking ban. Um, so why is this being reported as a grey area? Oh, I see, because someone might think someone else is smoking. Who says you have to actually commit the crime to be guilty anymore. With the absence of odor and that blue light on the end there, yep it would definitely fool a lot of people.
